In the column "Jazz Worldwide", the American Jazz Journalists Association published a review of this year's Jazz Appreciation Month in Montenegro-JAM 2025 festival. The author of the review is prominent Romanian jazz critic, publicist and professor of jazz aesthetics Virgil Mihaiu, an associate of our organization and a frequent guest lecturer at our festival.

This review is an excellent reminder of the great achievements we did last April, offering the audience in Montenegro premiere performances by outstanding musicians-composers and their ensembles, as well as original educational content through a lecture, a film series and an exhibition. The theme "Jazz East & West" was the driving inspiration and link of the 18th edition of our JAM.
